- Pukul cream cheese dan Gula Kastor hingga sebati kemudian masukkan telur 1 per 1 kemudian masukkan Ubi Kayu sagat tadi bersama dengan Santan cair dan kacau hingga sebati jugak.
- Panaskan oven 10minit dengan suhu 180°c atau ikut suhu oven masing²..Masukkan adunan tadi ke dalam loyang 8" yang sudah di sapu butter dan alas dengan baking paper kemudian bakar selama 1jam 30minit atau hingga masak..kalau Bingka dah naik bau kuat selalu tanda dah masak tapi bole cucuk dengan lidi klau Bingka x melekat di lidi maknanya Bingka dah cukup masak...
